European manufacturing standards, controlled from steel billet to shipment
A bearing's durability is decided before it takes shape. ISB controls the entire production chain at its plants in Italy across four stages:
Material — 100Cr6 bearing steel
ISB uses only 100Cr6 grade bearing steel, delivering hardness, wear resistance and fatigue resistance beyond ISO standard requirements.
Heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere
Automated furnaces produce a correct martensitic structure, so bearings retain their mechanical properties even under harsh operating conditions.
Machining & demagnetization
Rolling, raceway grinding and super-finishing. Components are demagnetized before assembly — an overlooked step that directly determines bearing life and noise level.
Automated assembly & Anderometer testing
Fully automated assembly lines with no manual intervention. Every assembled bearing is tested for vibration and noise on an Anderometer before entering the warehouse.
Traceability down to the batch
The bearing code and the barcode on the box trace back to material origin, production date, batch inspection results, warehouse location and shipping history. When something fails at your plant, this is what establishes the cause instead of an argument.

What is the delivery lead time?
It depends on the type and stock availability. For common items we deliver within our service area on a committed schedule; for specialised types our sales team confirms the lead time with the quotation.
Do you help select the right bearing for a specific machine?

What happens if a bearing fails prematurely?
